Conductor bar systems are used for the electrification of mobile equipment. Conductor bar is a safe, economical and low maintenance way to solve mobile electrification requirement. Systems can be designed to accommodate 40 to 6,000 amperes. Depending on the application there are various options and accessories that can be custom engineered for your conductor bar system. Portions of the system can be pre-assembled at the factory to help ease installation.

Conductor bar can be found on overhead crane runways, hoists, trolleys, conveyors, port cranes and people movers.

FESTOON SYSTEMS

Festoon systems are used to electrify various types of mobile equipment. They can be designed not only to support and protect flat and round electrical cables, but air and water hoses as well. Need help assembling the festoon system? Systems can be pre-assembled at the factory to ease installation and reduce time.

PENDANTS

A complete line of pendant controls is available to control overhead cranes, hoists, conveyors and other mobile equipment. Pendants are custom made and can have 2 to 12 buttons with 3 speeds. The controls are ergonomically designed for easy operation with one hand. Enclosures are made of impact resistant plastic.

RADIO CONTROLS

Radio controls for crane equipment allow personnel to safely and efficiently operate overhead cranes. Controls can be made with various combinations of buttons and speeds. The controls are also available with joystick control. Including many safety features on the control reduces the risk of injury to employees. In addition to cranes controls can operate conveyors, boat ramps, doors, and lift tables.

REELS

Reels can be used a variety of ways to conveniently and safely organize cable, hose or wire. Reels can be driven by springs, motors or permanent magnets. There are various standard models or a reel can be specially designed for a specific application. Reels can be found in Steel Mills, on Port Container Cranes, Conveyors and other automated equipment.
